Compare the same product first
Specify catalogue grade, net quantity, packaging and required analyses. Ask whether samples, testing, pallets and freight are included. Two per-kilogram prices with different scope are not directly comparable.
Name the delivery term and place
Incoterms rules help clarify delivery responsibilities, costs and risks between seller and buyer. Identify the chosen rule, version and named place in the quotation; export price alone is insufficient.
